History
Summer solstice is the longest day of the year, and the official first day of summer! Throughout history, people have recognized this as a time for celebration and creativity. For more than two decades, summer solstice has also marked a festive time when new artwork is added to Websters Woods Sculpture Park.
2020
While there wasn’t a large event, the Port Angeles Fine Arts Center worked to install new artwork in time for Solstice on June 20, and to produce an updated park map and virtual tour so that visitors could enjoy the park and its art collection while practicing safe social distancing all summer long.
